Our products represent a unique fusion of Australian design, development, and oversight, supported by specialist manufacturing capabilities in Australia, the USA, and Taiwan.

All Hardcore Hardware Australia products are designed, developed, hand-finished, quality-control inspected, and packed in Australia. Key processes, including sharpening, polishing, fitting, and assembly, are performed at our Australian facility to ensure every product meets our exacting standards.

Precision CNC waterjet cutting, machining, grinding, and proprietary heat-treatment and coating processes are carried out at our dedicated production facilities under strict quality-assurance protocols developed and overseen by our Australian team. With production capabilities across Australia, the USA, and Taiwan, we can scale manufacturing while maintaining rigorous quality and process controls.

We use premium materials sourced globally, including high-grade steels from Austria, Japan, and the USA, along with G10 and Micarta® for our handles and Kydex® for sheath fabrication.
