Shipping Policy

All prices are inclusive of GST and listed in Australian dollars.

Please be advised that delivery time frames vary dependent on the city/country of destination and the method of freight selected.

For foreign and domestic orders, it is important that you verify your information is correct, especially the address. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us. We reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information.

If you would like your delivery left at your nominated address and are willing to accept the risk of not personally signing for your order, then we can stipulate driver release upon delivery. In doing so you will have no recourse for a missing order. Please state in the customer notes section as follows:
"I request driver release and assume any & all risk".
