Hardcore Hardware offers a 100% money back guarantee against material failure. We have field tested our products so that you don't have to – failure may only occur as a result of gross negligence. We do not offer a warranty if you burn, shoot, blow up or throw a Hardcore Hardware tool. We appreciate that under exceptional circumstances events may transpire that fall outside our warranty policy, these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 

Warranty claims must be in writing via email, and have prior authorization from Hardcore Hardware. Please ensure you explain the circumstances in which a failure may have occurred and forward to us via our contact page.
